3 times we come to riumar and 2 times to the gaviota houses. First time 6 years ago everything was perfect. This year, a little disappointed with the house, a little deteriorated, mattresses and cushions worn and not very comfortable, lots of furniture br

Comfortable villa with everything you need for a good stay. Nice well maintained swimming pool. About 400m from the beach. Only problem: Wifi does not work.

It is a beautiful place, the delta has a special charm, this house is in a privileged place and it is wonderful because it has everything, very good facilities and very friendly and attentive staff, to repeat for sure

The pictures from the house were taken directly after the opening. There are many things missing in the kitchen, e.g. cutting board, drinking glasses. We were given 6 wine glasses as they were not there. Then there are only 3 muesli bowls for 6 people. Th

Finally we were rehoused in Gaviota 15 not in Gaviota 16 by organization. Air conditioning and mosquito nets good. Terrible cleaning and very improvable. The pool motor did not work. Lousy mattresses. Only two rolls of toilet paper for 4 days (and they we
